All roommates have professional jobs and or go to school so they are rarely home. We are looking for roommates who complement the current tenants, are good people, no drama, and clean. Very financially stable via either or a mix of your job that’s on the books, solid co-signer, high level of savings or other solid proof of financial strength – to be discussed.
